What is the process for qualification at Chicago’s affordable community, Fullerton Court Apartments?
Fullerton Court is an affordable, multifamily housing community under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and Section 8 program.
Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Income Limits: Applicants must meet income limits based on the number of people in the household
- Program Eligibility: Applicants must meet all federal and state program requirements
- Background Screening: Standard screening policies apply (i.e. rental history, credit checks, and other qualifications)
- Age/Eligibility: Community is designated for multifamily/elderly/disabled
Once you submit your application, our team will carefully review your information to determine your eligibility for our affordable housing program. Based on this review, we will identify which program you qualify for and the type of unit that best fits your household’s needs.
